In no particular order:

Repair broken AMG spoiler and paint white
Re-align front bumper
Shorten lower grille and paint black
Cut cold air intake hole into under RH headlight panel
re-paint front filler panel killrust black
relocate battery to boot
killrust and repaint white area under battery
fix up window washer (motor was rusted out)
fit cold air intake pipe
cut hole in bonnet and fit torana a9x scoop

just waiting for some US headlights to complete the upgrade

Not only does it look 'the business', but it also looks good. Those rims Ian - are they off your 6.9 that you bought off Des ? I think they look great, but keeping them in that condition would entail a bit of time. The car also looks nice and complete and, whatsmore, well maintained. I am also wondering about the AMG spoiler - you know, if it is one of my reproduction units, I cvertainly cannot recall you buying one. Regards Styria

Correct - those wheels were the ones which came with my 6.9 - they much more suit the racer than the road car I reckon. Re. the AMG repro front, that was the green one fitted to my 6.9 which broke in 1/2 when the hydro failed and the car wouldn't lift... a mate of mine managed to get it back together and stengthen it with aluminium inside it. My 6.9 now has the standard issue black ABS plastic chin spoiler and bundt alloys.
