Never too old to learn to set Head Rests correctly.
Mine was too high and should have been set with the centre of the Rest level with my ears. Luckily minor whiplash only and it was a front end crash.
A number of sites devoted to safety all point out how to set the H/Rests.

And the safest Car up to mid size..... A C Class Mercedes so says the Accessor at the Coal Face.

You're absolutely right Sean on both counts
80% of the population has no idea how to set headrests
and the C Class is one of the safest cars in its class
