Hello Motec the more I look at that decanter my sentiments are exactly the same.

But I guess each to there own in regards to taste.

The decanter would take a few bottles of booze to fill it up I imagine?

The only decanter I own I bought at Myers it is Royal Doulton Lead Crystal.

It mightn't look classy, but it looks good. Yes, I would have in my garage, on my desk, and as long as the good stuff was there to be drunk, it would certainly carry my seal of approval. Regards Styria

These decanters come up for sale on eBay quite often.
Many times I have bid only to be pipped at the post by someone else.
Obviously I was not that desperate to own one at any price because they do look cheap.

An original Charles Sykes sculptor I would be tempted as a must have. I saw a tea pot that he designed years ago in a antiques shop POA.
