I've listed the SL on E Bay..... wait and see. I have had success in past years with " Unique Cars " MGA and a RM Riley. If needs be I'll also list with Car Sales on the Net. , spread the word far and wide. I bought the MG in Brisbane and the Riley in Ballina. Sold the MG to Townville and the Riley in Sydney. The SL bought from Melbourne. Tells something about the Sydney market ?.............Sean

Good luck with the sale - however, and please forgive me here, if I have the correct car (rudge 5547) I recommend you get some better photos pronto.
Your car presented extremely well at Ant's place so maybe some photos from that day? You need a clear side shot as well and some clear interior shots showing a pristine interior.

Thanks for your comments Brain, I tried to show close ups of the sides as to condition and to the shut lines of the doors. I guess in general people are not too much aware that the shut lines are a good indicator that the car has not been damaged.
I have someone coming today to see the car , seems keen.
Seeing a product in the flesh beats any amount of photos. Cameras can lie !

And the shut lines show very even gaps so we here would know it is a good car - the general public I think just like to see a shiny car that captures their imagination...

After seeing the 280SL at the TK GTG earlier this year you have a superb Mercedes.
