HAhaha... wiper blades don't get a mention, if only they were chromed i'd buy this!!
Maybe I am just old at 26 but I just really don't understand packing a car full of speakers, amps, subwoofers etc.....
maybe, just maybe I am different to everyone else, but when I see some car, usually worth about $1,000 with the windows and doors rattleing from the BOOM BOOM BOOM of the radio I just think..."what an idiot" or...."that's the quickest way to go deaf I know of"

I like the radio, ABC Classic FM, but have never found a factory radio system to be lacking in volume.
No it is not a home cinema system, but it is a car, it is made to be driven, not entertain me in.

I am sorry SELfor50 but you are clearly wrong. The advert specifically mentions the fitting of new wiper blades as being one of the features that will help get the car re-registered. Therefore, you can safely buy this car knowing that everything is in order.
Now Des, what you do in your car is your business and that of no-one else here. I do advise that fogged windows can be a sign of much enjoyment though. In my case, fogged windows occur when I take the top off the thermos for a quiet cuppa and I guess that is something for which Dr Benz may want to institute a recall to fix. I am told that 'Soft wipes' work well to clear the windows after such a road-side stop. The other alternative, curtains, belong only on a Grosser.
To the matter of your I.C.E. - I agree that a suitable amp and speakers are usually sufficient but since you listen to ABC FM I would also advise you to install a good quality sub-woofer for programmes such as Marion Arnold's 'Listeners' Requests'. I mean, a good sub-woofer makes all the difference to Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony. You think I jest? Nay, I kid you not.
