How great and satisfying it is. to look back at these pictures. I still see that disarming smile of Michel's. Can't get away from it. Talking about nostalgia, and that's what it really is - I mean pictures tell a thousand stories, it has taken me back to a documentary I saw only just two days ago - a documentary of none other than Reza Pahlevi, the Shah of Persia, forced into excile in 1979, and died in Egypt twelve months later on account of cancer. The documentary featured footage of J. F. Kennedy, the Ayotollah Khomeni (?) and many other notable personalities that are now part of permanent history, and of course it takes me back to my youthful days as a snotty nosed kid in Austria that would read BRAVO (the ultimate of gossip magazines at the time) from cover to cover, and the video I referred to brings back so many memories.
It is also significant considering the state of political play presently dominating the News cycles, Iran and its quite magnificent capital of Tehran and everything just supports the notion that pictures tell a thousand words. Sorry, just rambling. Regards Styria
