I prefer a scanned copy and then email if possible (faxes sometimes are dubious...)

Sorry Michel, believe it or not, I am waiting on doctors verdict on my injured elbow.
Seeing the physio Monday arvo, but it's not getting any better so far, and as it is I won't be driving too hard with only my left hand.
