Lucky for me, I have the special tool that's required to crimp the air conditioning hoses. In the end, this job was quite simple, especially as the radiator been removed, as well as battery tray etc. etc.

Picture shows the new hose in place, together with suitable sheathing and attached to the metail Air Con pipe. It was then to ensure that routing the hose prevented any sharp objects from puncturing the hose again. The next picture shows the new hose offered up to the connection on the receiver/dryer with the old fitting in place loosely to determine length of new hose.

Whilst in this area, some painting and detailing work....

........as well as the twin washer pumps, having been cleaned and serviced.
