Well that's quite...interesting.

I actually don't mind it, certainly for certain tastes but it's different.

More than anything, I like the black grill insert. I think it would look good even on certain coloured 'traditional' W116's.

From a safety point of view I don't like the tinted tail lights, you get these idiots in commodores with them and it makes it so much harder to see the brake lights.

The grille is interesting, not sure who makes them,

Agreed on the taillights, they wouldn't be legal anyway would they?

I'm thinking a decent paint job on the plastic grill insert would probably do the trick. I might do it to my 350's grill to see how it looks. I think it would look okay against white.

Tinted tail lights are illegal, because of the above reasons

I think the chrome and black go together very well. That settles it, the 350's gonna recieve that treatment first and foremost.

Probably a silly question, but what's that thing on the roof of the black W116? At first I thought it was a weird looking sunroof, but from the rear view it doesn't appear so...
