Finally measured the injector centrelines, so I can get the fuel rails machined up! Ordered some additional parts for fabrication & waiting on the delivery... slowly, slowly!!
Ill think Ill test the EFI on the stock manifold before I try the custom one to confirm & quantify the benefits!

Strange that I found this in one of my cars.... At first glance I thought it was for the seatbelts but on closer inspection it looks like someone else had big ideas!

Progress definitely slowed due to COVID but I have done a scale drawing! Always thinking of other ways to do it but my last design is still one I think will work the best. Simple is not always the best due to limited space & flow requirements. And although I’d be happy with a small bonnet bulge I doubt many others would agree.

I gave up sourcing parts from Gates in the USA since freight was rediculous, even for very lightweight package!
I finally managed to find parts that will do the job from REPCO Hoppers Crossing who are not often renown for their cheap prices, but this time they did better than match the price from Autobarn!
Still scale drawing different sections & ready for the first mockup.
6.9 cylinder head intake is definitely interesting!

I don’t give up easily to the point where everyone thinks I’m crazy! But I figure nothing is achieved without pushing boundaries & being determined to continue in the face of challenges! If it was easy, everyone would be doing it!

Revised scale drawings & mockup underway. Engine stand purchased & transmission to be removed before the engine can be lifted into a more suitable working position. Revised parts list, standing by to pull the trigger....
