I am reasonably sure that i have met the guy in Freemantle who is selling this vehicle.

When I came across him a couple of years ago, he had imported a Milan brown quad headlight W116 450 left hooker from Arizona, which he had rescued from the wreckers. He normally imports U.S. classic cars.

It was a Japanese import.

They are mainly RHD, however they are allowed to have cars in LHD.
It is thought of it as a prestige situation to have a vehicle LHD.
