Hydropneumatic Suspension (HPF) Series 2
I thought I might start a new thread to specifically focus on the W126 hydro (series 2) suspension. This differs from the 6.9 and W126 series 1 systems and features adjustable damping, stiffening through corners and self lowering at high speed. I have 2 privately imported cars featuring this very expensive option, one a 560SEL and the other a 500SEL. Unfortunately neither is fully operational, but I'm aiming to get the 560 one up and running soon(ish).
