Not for a 116 or a 107 but, err, cough, off a W210.

I bought these off ebay for $150. The one shown here is the worst of them. In fact, 2 of them are near perfect. I might try my hand at doing a refurb.

Good on you, I wondered who won those as I had my eye on them but for various reasons I ended up missing out bidding on them. I thought that they would give a smoother ride than my present 17 inch low profile ones.

John, these ones were on ebay back in November of last year (I think). I got them with a last second bid.

Anyway, they've been sitting in my garage just waiting to be cleaned up. They're actually identical to the ones currently on my W210 but I might use the driver's side ones as replacements for my passengers side as they're probably in slightly better condition. Tyres are good too. Not bad for $150.

Ok, it's only been 6 months but tomorrow I start work on the wheels.

The BMW chappie seems to have put in HOURS of labour.

Given that you value your time at nothing, it may be OK.

If you have a real life and real job, then maybe it would be cheaper to pay to have the wheels bead blasted (find a sand blasting place) and then put your own efforts into painting.

The thing is, I don't really have much of a life so I was planning to do all the work myself as a kind of hobby/therapy.
