Although these plates are rare, they are not the super expensive numerals only that would never have a '0' (zero) before.
These are (letter) O then number 16.
They are considered as custom and worth around $400 a year!

I was lucky enough to buy the plates (SEL 69L) for my car before an annual extra cost was required by the RTA. They would have looked nicer with a matching blue background. Perhaps I will just overpaint them myself, to the RTA standard blue.

These plates WILL STAY with the car, no matter who owns it.

Hi i had the same kind of plates on my 6.9 when rego was in NSW they were MBS.69L handed them in when rego went to SA

I "personalised" my number plates by taking the cheaper option and changing my name.

I did this with my company cars years ago, rang around till I found the VicRoads branch with the sets I wanted, walked in and paid $25 a set.

Even got 001 thru 007 sequence.
