And unfortunately typical in today's society to blame someone else for their own mistakes!!

You are right Mark , it is always somebody else's fault !

It is never this simple, but neither is as simple to blame the seller of revenge or a mistake.
Multiple scenarios are applicable as to how the seller got this car and why he is selling it and we can only speculate which in it self is silly and pure vanity.

This seller's only fault is that he's trying to dupe the next buyer and for that he deserves all the wrath.

I would never buy from any seller that has the narrative as per this ebay entry.
Genuine sellers never hype their ads, never sell for their distant cousin working on an oil rig or similar.

Unless it is someone else too, I reported to ebay as misleading ad and misleading info the moment I saw this topic.

eBay is interested ONLY in making money and if something is not a legal mine-field their action will be none.

BTW, where do you see that someone reported it?

Are you for real? My generalisation was that many people today fail to take any responsibility for their own actions. Eg they were treated badly as a child, they have ADHD, or they were affected by drugs at the time. But to say someone is in some way responsible for being raped is rediculous

As much as I detest those that mislead others, it is only fair to give them the same victims rights if they fell pray to others that mislead.
Because we will never know what happened when car changed hands last time it is unfair to solely blame the current owner. It is in nature of people to learn from experience and those with lesser ethic and moral values may resort to the same tactics used on them.
This still does makes them victims (but perpetrators too at the same time).
