I have no doubt you could but you won't be!!!!!
Anyway, I have just had the good fortune to find a NOS exhaust manifold for the PII so that will help quieten her down.
The sound I most abhor is a straight through on a Subaru. Sounds like the old electric can-opener I put in the bin....
Regards,
Brian
Yes there is something about the sound of a good V12 hat makes your hair stand up. Good to hear Brian are you going to Ceramic coat the manifold they have a cast finish colour and it helps manifold from cracking by keeping heat internal .

It will be ceramic coated both inside and out. I am gathering all the parts I need for a rebuild but it will be done as close as possible to original. Then it should be a "silent motor car."

Yes my extractors are ceramic coated inside and out had my doubts but after driving my car almost no heat seems to radiate of the extractors. CIC told me about cast iron finish but seeing as I have tubular pipes I though that would look a bit naff . http://www.cicceramic.com.au/
Great sounds, some stunning machinery. I think the Ferrari 12 cyl. took the cake - also notice, in another shot, the dip and rise of the Audi Quattro when accelerating and changing up through the gears ? Remarkable. Also, have a listen to the Bergrennen video - some fine, and loud, machinery. Intoxicating.
That folks, is about all I want to take in tonight - my lorrikeet is shedding tears. Regards Styria
If I lived in and worked in the inner city a Tesla would be perfect. But seeing as they are limited to about 100Km between charges anything outside that they are very limited . All electric cars I understand have about the same range at the moment Nissan Leaf, Misubishi iMiEV . As i have read there road test. Only Tesla looks great so all the best for them as a anti establishment company.
