Geoff mentioned Shaws had provided good service to him in the past, and Sean mentioned Toll. I use Toll as our interstate freight carrier at work for parcels and pallets and I've been satisfied with their performance over the last 4 or 5 years, they are not however specialist car carriers.
Oh, and what, pray tell, are you contemplating shipping? Is it french?
No; it's the PV which I may take to the Federal Rally in April - Fremantle.
Regards,
Brian
By the way -since Japan Post has just purchased Toll, does that mean I can wrap the PV and take it to the Post Office?

No different that DHL I suppose ! That is also the German post office and here we have Australia Post buying StarTrack. What is it about post offices ? As if postage wasn't expensive enough. All these companies will try to maximize revenue at the expense of service, or at least what is left of it, screw it up and costs will increase further.
http://shaws.net.au/ I have used them twice and service was great . Most recently sending my former Territory over to Sydney for my ex to have . Anthony I believe would have used them had the car been driveable.
