Had not seen that, thanks!

One can only imagine how without a roof these would handle, cornering is terrible in a standard Beetle, god only knows how you would stay alive without the top.

Although that is a later car, with what I believe is IRS front end, so may well stay on the road better.

I would say good luck trying to get anything near that price though,
there is one here for sale for months for nearly half that:

Hi Des, it's funny how that thing has had more than a Stock Car Derby bumps in an effort to sell it - naturally, it's all the wife's fault :)D) and now she has a bump as well. For God's sake, why doesn't someone take the car off his hands !

Michel, that Bentley - well, well, what a car - probably one of my all time favourites and priced accordingly. Regards Styria

I really do like that Bentley S2 Mulliner Park Ward Convertible - I even used the full description out of respect!

getting off topic somewhat - I remember seeing my first S3 Continental in Wahroonga some forty years ago - it belonged to a fellow by the name of Barry Crocker (Cracker) - what a lucky 'dak dak' he was with so much talent.. Regards Styria
