Interesting. You have to ask yourself who is right, and who is wrong. Could the legislation be another product by over zealous "greenies" or politicians ? Nothing would surprise me. All you need to do is look at what's happening in our country. Regards Styria

I'd say MB is right and it's the beaurocrats that don't have their facts straight. They're quite happy to tell everyone they must comply with their solution or else, whilst rapidly sticking their heads in the sand and closing their minds to any other (probably better) possibilities. Typical idiots that don't have any real experience, driving desks since they graduated and relying on the cheapest advisers available.....
