Didn't know they made an estate version of the DS,

quite like the sedans, they look very nice and sleek.

Wasn't it De Gaul that had one of the wheels shot off his DS and it kept going because of the hydro suspension and got him to safety?

Until the 1990s, Citroen had a philosopher on its Board.

It was indeed Le General De Gaulle who had the mishap.

Pretty interesting life he had, De Gaulle, the whole Free French thing, leading his country to victory, Algeria, then his post war career.
Then all that nasty business flowing into the Vietnam war
