But now it has a reserve....

I reckon the seller got cold feet when he saw all the tiny bids, remember there was like 60 bids on it.

My guess is the reserve will be between $10-15k

Would love to see the restoration, week by week, photo by photo, but would hate to pay for it

Whatever the reserve will be, the market wil show its true value when bidders will stop at a figure.....

Hmm, let me see... holden red motor, some curtain fabric to re-upholster, clear plastic for the windows, some house paint, lots of body filler....

piece of cake.... And it would look AWESOME!!! and run like race car!!!

A historic style 600 racer would be very cool

Then all you have to worry about is sorting out the suspension with some springs and shocks

The problem is you cannot do it on the cheap...

All the vacuum set ups and the hydraulics....

Not to mention the engine....

Sounds like a good source Des. $12,200 so far and still not met.

In reality, if you wanted to 'restore' a car, this is the kind you would start with....

You might as well spend the money on restoring something that was relatively cheap to buy.....
