Without some great sites on the net from more knowledgeably People where would we be... especially me ! After a lot of searching I now know exactly how to repair and Paint Mag Wheels, simply and effectively. I have only one wheel on my new acquisition.... Left Rear. Little Wifey parks by ear , so I will not waste my time repairing the White C200 she Drives . I will fit a set of Rim Protectors to cover the kerb rash. They may well stay the course , time will tell.
Everybody shouts from the rooftops that theirs are the best. I can't find a definitive site that has tested most of them. Price doesn't seem to be the definitive guide.:)

The only time I have seen rim protectors Sean is on my sons car.

They were fitted during PD as it seems my daughter in law drives the same as your wife

All was well until he needed new tyres.
The tyre machine during the fitting process destroys them.

So when you fit new tyres your up for a set of protectors.

A mate of mine from Pennant Hills had his rim on his Audi repaired before he sold it, his wife (well so he told me!) gouged it fairly bad.
$135.

Great job, I couldn’t tell where the repair was.
