I wish all PO's would treat their cars like this!!! But then again this car wouldn't be that interesting then would it? It just goes to show that most car owners are extremely careless with their vehicles and only view them as transportation and nothing more. :mad:

I don't understand how you can lose spare keys and books. Gutter rashed wheels, impact damage to bumpers and undercarriage, filthy carpets and broken parts everywhere, all seem to be the norm. All these things drive me nuts and I don't know why they weren't addressed when they occured. I've started checking over my 'best' two cars and the list of repairs is scary. I've had to separate what I feel needs to be done, from things that are needed for registration just so I can get my head around the scope of the work required.... :eek:

$15K for a 230E 4cyl does seem alot?

230E does look to be in top condition.

As a previous owner of a 230E the 2.3ltr 4cyl engine is slow!

My 260E is a Concours winner would that add value to the price if I were to sell it?

If it was an exciting model, maybe...

But W123s for me are like a poor skinny cousin to a W116 :D
