Our 2010 C Class will need new Pads now 40K (mostly Suburban driving.)

Dust Free Pads seem to have some minuses. On the net.

Wet freeway performance Repco Pads ?

Stoping power from Higher speeds deteriorates ?

Maybe Helmet has the answer ?

Thanks Sean

Thanks Helmet, I'll pick them up early next week. Car is a Shopping cart , a 2010 C 200.

Discs look good .. the usual lip but no discolouration or scoring. Are they ok with the ceramic Pads without skimming for a new surface ?

The usual lip ? Usually means they are worn below minimum thickness. Best to have them measured. Yes ceramic pads can be fitted to used rotors.

Will do Helmet.
Last time I was involved with Brakes , it was with the Drum set up on Lincoln/ Mercury when I worked in the States, in the early Sixties !
Fill in jobs when there were no Automatics that Day .
Still ,I should be able to fit a couple of ' Little- ol -Pads "
