These are from a W123 brochure however many of the accessories like the speedometer, interior items, wheels where also available for the W116,

Note the 300KPH speedometer, often faked and available on ebay, very rare to find an original item.

Front spoiler is nice... (I am serioulysly consiodering putting one on the 690SEL)
But I meant most of the accessories

Well I've got my spoilers, one is going on my 350SE and the other is not actually going on the 280SEL, but rather a red manual 280SE of my dad's that we are going to turn into a track car eventually.

I'm thinking for my 350, is the spoiler first of all, and then a wooden gear knob and AMG steering wheel. I'll be pretty happy with that. The dash wood needs replacing too though...

Yes they look the same as the AMG units, without the AMG logo.....
would seem they were under contract for AMG maybe?

That's right, I forgot all about it. Which spline does it fit and how much did you want for it?
My 350SE is a '73...though I'm not sure what spline is which, but a quick search through Oscar's old posts should reveal that :)

Okay, (burl, that's even better) well I'll have to get back to you in a day or so by way of PM or phone, whatever you prefer, after my slack boss actually pays me. But I'm certainly interested.

I was about to go onto the other site to research splines and stuff but it's down for.....maintenance apparently :)

yes, they are probably 'purging' the 'ennemies of state' :rolleyes:

Don't panic about the wheel
I need to get the replacement ready... (it's still on the 690SEL)

Well actually, it would appear that is indeed the case...just checked the site...Styria, Parks...gone. But that's what they requested I guess.


As for the wheel, well that's cool then, gives plenty of time :)
