Hello, It's still on Youtube. I've run into a few issues recently that if certain "cookies" are blocked for a website it won't allow you to do things. As well, I've been blocked from Youtube videos in the past in certain countries other then mine. Clear your cookies and caches, check your firewall settings and your browser settings as well. Sometimes it's the service provider. I saved a copy when I watched it as it said in the comments that he was going to delete the video. Good luck
