Personally I think it's better to try to pull things back into shape while the majority of parts are still fitted. Pinpoint the area where the impact is the greatest and attach the puller in that vicinity. This process should make it easier to fit new parts, you're less likely to encounter major structural bits that remain bent and it will hopefully avoid those areas having to be re-aligned individually. My theory anyway (everything sounds easy until you start the process)....
