A great day today. One of the quoted "unobtanium" chin lip spoilers has been located and purchased, a sheer stroke of luck lead to me finding it.

After exhausting all forms of search engine results online, and armed with the original part number for the chin lip spoiler, I finally decided to randomly reach out to a chap who regularly would appear on my Facebook feed for selling MB spares. This paid off!!!

Had exactly what I was chasing (front chin lip spoiler and a RHD vehicle windscreen washer bottle).

I consider myself very lucky to have found this rare spare and I shall treasure it from now onwards 😂😂.

It really needs to be replicated by some form of 3D printing or injection moulding.

Congrats!! Now you just need a front mounted radar to stop smashing it on those aggressive gutters!

Hi James, a really rare find. It had become a grossly overpriced item from Mercedes, with pricing increasing to $350.00 from an original 120 in a very short time frame. In the end it became unavailable, and that was the catalyst in my decision to have an AMG Fibreglass mould made which resulted in about ten units sold to various members of TK. In my opinion, it is somewhat more attractive than the original appearance of the front of the car. Regards Styria
