You know guys, It's my mistake...

I saw the +961 (Lebanon) then 3 (mobile number) and somehow (it was late at night and I was tired) read it as +61 (Australia) 3 (the state of Victoria) and jumped to the conclusion.... Sorry.

To answer your question TAREK, yes Lebanon has duty that varies decreasingly depending on the age of the vehicle.
