N.B. I tend to agree with Ant - however generally the boot handles are of excellent quality from the manufacturer, and it should be possible to obtain an excellent second hand unit without too much difficulty.
Well, if your handle is damaged, you will need to find someone to repair it before it can be re-chromed. Timmy, go second hand. As Helmet says he doesn't know of any damaged ones - he may even have a second hand unit in stock. Regards. Styria
Actually the chrome on left side of my handle is worn through to alloy underneath. that is why I am thinking I will go mono chrome when I have car repainted .
