Best of the lot was the only "IRISH" Car on Display. The Delorean of course!
The factory, which swallow a lot of British money, was just a few mikes south of Belfast. Big failure in the USA target market was the price and strangled performance with the emission laws.

Great compilation Bryce!

My favourites, besides King Farouk's Benz are the Gaz Chaika, the Enzo, the little Mazda Cosmo, the cackle of E-Types and the A-M Lagonda.

Thanks for the excellent photos,Tim! :)

Visited the Museum about 3 weeks ago, before the official opening, with the
Antique and Classic Car Club on a sunny tuesday.
Also very happy to catch up with a past President of the MB Club NSW, Barry Bow.

Rather a rapid trip from Sydney to Gosford, in an E55 AMG

My favoutite car on display is the original Ford GT40.
According to the staff, it is also by far and away, the loudest!

Gosford car museum are selling a 1989 300SEL with 97,500kms asking price is $20K.

Photos of the car sent to me via the museum.

I remember walking past the car did not even know the car was for sale actually thought someone from the general public visiting the museum was the owner of the car well I was wrong.

Anyhow see what you think of the 300SEL?
