    6.9 depreciation early on

They are certainly going up in value at a very fast pace and will eventually become as in-demand (and rare) as the 6.3s.

This is where the windscreen washer container normally resides. However, they usually fall apart with time and this one in the picture is clearly a home made device to replace it.

That is seriously annoying. I believe there’s a way of removing the barrel with the key inside. But it’s a serious dismantling job. I don’t recall how, but I remember half of the column had to come out 🥺🙄 I feel for you mate.

Bryce, can you share what the cost of that exhaust was?

The last few weeks of 5398

The cost of repair would have been the biggest reason, obviously considering the unique parts. I recall checking on the cost of a water pump many years back and it was in the thousands of dollars.

Did you scrap it? Gone to the crusher?

Of course the 300D was sold here, but I thought the 300SD was only sold in the USA

    Battery Advance

One has to weigh the plusses and minuses. A friend of mine called me from the Sunshine Coast asking me about buying an electric car. He definitely could not afford a Tesla, more likely an MG. When I queried about the reason for this rush, he said it was because of the very high cost of petrol...

    Interstate 6.9

Great stuff Godfather, I recall you doing all of that for my 6.9 a few years back. Front suspension replacement, brakes, mounts, carpets, etc. etc.

Red is a colour I like 😁 259 is a repairable write-off, which doesn't mean anything structurally, but it means you'll never get decent value. I don't want any 6.9s... I want to sell mine  As for the others, I don't have the spare cash to buy and sell. I'm too committed at work at the moment.
