The new place is free from flooding, bushfires, high winds, mice, rats, millipedes, dust, cows, spiders & (hopefully) burglars! And only 15mins from home vs 45mins with the old place. NBN vs almost zero mobile coverage. All huge positives apart from the much higher cost....
