I can’t believe people sell collectable wheels & don’t even bother washing them first! Even if you don’t own the right gear you could always take a trip to the local car wash... Strip all the weights off, use a non acid wheel cleaner, firm brush & pressure washer. If one shot isn’t sufficient...

Yes I tend to agree. It seems even period correct AMG wheels aren't to everyone's taste and fitting them can limit the market somewhat. I thought about some 16" Aeros, however they are post-merger and therefore NQR. So I'll be fitting the nice set of Bundts that are currently fitted to Moby.
