I also fixed the foglight on my 107 today.

Have now tried the clear coat Hopefully means the bolts are not horribly rusty in only a few days. I will need to be very careful fitting the bolts/wheels.

After a couple of days the bolts are rusty again. I think I am going to try clear coating the heads. I'll have to clean them again before I do this obviously and then wrap the heads in tape as I put the bolts on the car. Smearing a bit of copper grease on the threads should stop them rusting.

New place looks great. And those cars look well stripped - good that you were able to save all the good parts off them.

I've not actually fitted them yet. with the lockdowns I have not been able to spend much time at the small warehouse unit where I store the cars. The wheels are pretty light, so makes sense they could buckle a bit. I need to fit the Pentas on the 450SLC first. Then I am going to use...

Still looks good. Mercedes still sell the centre caps for these wheels if you don't have them, even with pre-merger AMG logo.

My guess is CSA, but I will need to give them a far better clean to see if I can find evidence of that. At this stage, I am not even sure if they are 6" or 6.5"
