Nice explanation, however totally unpractical for conversions, not to mention destroying originality. I believe petrol will be available for at least 40 to 50 years to come.

I had the same on the 560SEL that I bought from a used car dealer in St Marys. They were awesome for fast handling. However, looking for originality, I sold them to former member Des in Tasmania.
