BF Goodrich we’re never good in the wet. 😳 I’ve had many sets on my American cars in the past (because BF Goodrich was the tyre to have) and they all failed in the wet. 🥺

A lot of garages check tyres for age and fail cars if they are 7 years or older.

I’ve been thinking about getting a W126. Don’t ask me why, I think they’re gorgeous and are the most classic looking Benz ever. I did own two at one stage - a 280SE and a 560SEL. Obviously the 560 SEL would have to be the ultimate as it ticked all the boxes while the 280 did absolutely nothing...
