    Car of the week

I have advertised the Corona during the week, and I have been inundated with enquires. Quite amazing the amount of calls & txt messages. This looks nice. https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/1973-Chevrolet-Corvette-Stingray-Manual-MY73/SSE-AD-6513145/

    Car of the week

As I am a space program nut, I’ve always wanted one of the Project Apollo Astronauts Corvette Stingrays. Are you all aware of Chevrolet’s input to the Astronaut program since the “original 7” right back almost to Project Mercury? Anyway. I think I may have found it...

    Sale price

Sean, A couple of questions to gauge a value for you. Are you saying it has 75,000 k on the clock? Is the car still registered? Is this the car you have done repairs to with a pressure pack spray can? Is this the car you changed the wheels over to your other car? I am guessing based on your...

    Car of the week

This seems a really nice car, and is exceptionally cheap. Would be good to give this the once over. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/1248070545?utm_campaign=socialbuttons&utm_content=ios_VIP&utm_medium=social&utm_source=sms

    Iridium Plugs

That is a good article from Champion Brian. Of course these plugs can not be serviced, only replaced. Bosch are one of the leading OEM for many car makers. They make the twin iridium plug. Iridium center electrode tip, and iridium tipped earth electrode.

    Iridium Plugs

Thanks Michel, My 25 Chev, had spark plugs like this. The cloth covered lead screwed directly to the top. However, if any oil or grease or dirty fingerprint got on the green smooth insulator, you would find it arching down the side, rather than through the plug and to the earth electrode...

    Benzless Patrick

Gents, An update regarding my 560SEL sold to an elderly German gentleman. Here are some pics of what he has done. Seat covers Steering wheel cover (I never liked these) Tow bar 25mm hub spacers to the rear (later model larger wheels were fitted by the previous owner) Repaired scratch on rear...

    C107's 560SEL

Great video Bryce. Looks like a lovely car. Besides the interior colour, it reminds me exactly of my 560. Even down to the yellowing of the revers light lenses.

    Car of the week

This lovely Saab at $1750.00 would have to be worth a look for someone who wants a nice convertible to soak up the sun? Great colours. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/1243005521?utm_campaign=socialbuttons&utm_content=ios_VIP&utm_medium=social&utm_source=sms

Styria, This is the 360 tool roll. This is what is in it.

    Car of the week

Yes mate. The C6 is a magnificent car in its own right, top work has gone into this for sure. Styria, I like the back end most, the front is ok, but I am an arse man :D I do have to agree with Styria on the interior. With all of the engineering, design and top effort on the outside, to just...

    Car of the week

Now for super exotic. Low k, and check out that tool roll!!!! No, it isn’t cheap, but compared to other 360’s this is great value. With the current economic climate, some cheap cars are sure to be had if one has some spare cash. When things get better, these will increase in value. Not...

    Car of the week

A fair bit more exotic, but the price still represents great value for money. Plus Who wouldn’t want that glorious Ferrari V8 sound in your ears with the roof Down? Now that for me is where the value lies in this one. Australian delivery, under 20k on the clock, serviced and long rego...
