Turned over 340,000 Haven’t driven it much the last 6 months as I had to fix a window motor and odometer stopped.

Presume Sean is not legally responsible even if his car caused the accident in reality. The normal expectation is that you should leave a gap so you can stop without impacting another car if the car in front of you panic stops (eg cat runs on road).
