Smoke

Wot ...no Posts today ! So a modern one..

2010 C Class 1.8 Turbo.

Now and then , on cold start up, there is a cloud of Blue smoke. Then it clears in a couple of seconds.
99.9% of the time the exhaust is clear ,never needs oil top up between changes .
Could it have anything to do with the Characoal Cannister being purged ?

My charcoal cannister hasn't got charcoal in it!
Perhaps one way of curing the problem.
Does anyone else have a carpet of which things can be swept under?
