Hi Mark the GSX was available in 1970,71&72 only 1970 was the 455 the standard motor from 71 it was available option on any Gran Sport so 350 will still make it a GSX if plate checks out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buick_Gran_Sport . Geoff
