My temp guage started to flicker only when in the 80% range. Changing the sender in the cyl. head made it worse. I stripped the cluster, could see nothing wrong with the guage, cleaned all the contacts, reassambled . Fixed ! I guess that the resistence in the contacts increased with tempeture in the dash ? ? ? ......... Sean
