Reviving an old thread with new developments. This car will be the most radical in my plans. I just managed to score a AMG rear spoiler which will complete the look with my AMG badge... I’m not a fan of side skirts but the front and rear spoilers are cool!

Here’s another W126 door card that has the factory sound system upgrade. Pity we never got them in Australia. It doesn’t seem an ideal location to me since the mid range speaker is firing at the side of the seat base:

Great way to incorporate a boost gauge into the factory W126 cluster on a turbo 500SEL! And I noticed it also has a late model steering wheel fitted. Anyone know if the splines are the same??
