Rules for usage of Topklasse Forums

Any posts which may be considered offensive, or be of a criminal nature will be removed immediately and your account may be removed or suspended. We will also not tolerate abusive, harassing or obscene behavior on the site. Anything which is deemed offensive by Topklasse.net.au management will be removed at our discretion.

Any post blatantly advertising a company or site will be deleted. This is to prevent against unwanted spamming.

Topklasse.net.au and its administrators are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Topklasse.net.au or its administrators.

Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact an Administrator or Moderator report the posts contents. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

As a privately owned website we reserve the right to revoke your membership to the forum or disable your posting ability for any or no reason whatsoever.
