Topklasse collects information through our website at several points. We collect the folowing personal information from our visitors (name, telephone number, email address, enquiry details) and is done so purely of their own consent.
IP addresses will be logged automatically.
We collect this information through a fill-in form and all fields, with their information, are optional.

PART II. Information Usage
The information collected by Topklasse will be used for forum contact purposes & Administration issues. Users who provide information may recieve a personal reply from Topklasse Staff, but from no other.
The information collected by Topklasse will be used to create visitor profiles. We will not supplement information collected at this website with data from other sources.
We will not share data with any third parties unless required by law.
Links to other websites may be found on the Topklasse website. Please note: When you click on links to other websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Topklasse maintains the accuracy of our information by periodic reviewal. Users may not access their own personal information. Users may not delete their information from our database.

FORUM RULES
Any posts which may be considered offensive, or be of a criminal nature will be removed immediately and your account may be removed or suspended. We will also not tolerate abusive, harassing or obscene behavior on the site. Anything which is deemed offensive by Topklasse.net.au management will be removed at our discretion.

Any post blatantly advertising a company or site will be deleted. This is to prevent against unwanted spamming.

Topklasse.net.au and its administrators are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Topklasse.net.au or its administrator.

We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
