This could easily have been fitted into any of the following 3 sections on TK.

Trading Post (doesn't deserve to be dismissed as a for sale item only)
Motorsport (yes it's used for motorsport, but it can be appreciated by those who don't just like the smell of petrol and rubber)
Talking Torque (yep, it's got torque, and it will get you talking)

This has competed a number of times at the hill-climb I compete in in Canberra. When you see this thing doing what it does, it's bloody amazing.
With bicycle tyres, and a V12..... It's hard to grasp how much he'd be fighting the wheel in the car.

Anyway, it's now for sale. Benzboy, I think this one's the motorsport car you've been waiting for? or maybe Des?

Specifications as follows:

Front Suspension ; Rocker and lower wishbone. Inboard spring/dampers.

You should see it in action... did you check out the youtube vids?? Links are at the bottom of the main site. The thing just can't put traction down with full throttle, either way though, the blokes a great driver!

It's quite a machine, isn't it ? Shades of late thirties Auto Union's rear engined racer made famous by Nuvolari and Rosemeyer.

Looking at the design of it, with the driver sitting so far forward in the chassis, what would be the likely result of a front end crash (not wishing to be pessimistic) ? Anyway, you've got to take your hat off for putting together the machine in the first place. Regards Styria
