Although you can buy stainless steel wheel bolts as after-market items, you do need to be certain that they will do the job. Stainless steel generally does not have the torsional strength required for the job and that is why Mercedes-Benz recommends only heat treated or cold-forged steel...

Just be sure to get the correct load rating, I considered Hankook for the Spirit but the load rating was way too low.
