Hi Motec69, if you have the time and inclination, you may wish to post some photos of the car. As you'd know, one picture can tell a thousand words.

I think you'd also need to show the amount of cash you're looking for. Good luck with the sale. Regards Styria

Hi Michel, thanks for taking Motec69 under your wings by posting his photos of Goldie. I understand, by the way, Goldie is no longer for sale as Motec69 needs the engine out of it.

I have looked at the extractors that have been manufactured for his car that's having the engine rebuilt big time. I can only marvel at the installation of these extractors. They are an absolute work of art. It's bad enough to get one's hands and fingers into that area, let alone fitting up hand made items such as these.

Having removed heads in times gone by on Gleaming Beauty and Chris' Wilhelm, I can testify to the difficulty in removing the exhaust manifolds. Mind you, I have since come to the realisation that removal of the Steering Box should be a "must" if I ever get involved again in another valve grind and de-coke. Removal of the box really is quite quick and straight forward in the overall scheme of things. Regards Styria
