280 - green(?), license-less owner - $1k5

What strikes me is that:

• Some people have no clue how to sell a car
• There are a lot of 116es out there
• There look to be some good, until-recently-well-loved ones out there
• There is definitely a market glut

I did see and hear a very fast 6.9 great movie!
