Swap 126 ortho bits into 116 seats?

Has anyone swapped ANY ortho bits?

I am thinking it will be straightforward, remove seatback, pull bladder and air lines, reinstall in new seat (I am intending to move a basic lumbar support with turkey baster looking hand operated pump).

Please set me correct me if this is not so simple and if you can inform me of the finer points.
